Vaccination Requirements

Your Pet's Health & Safety Are Our First Concern

J.M. Pet Resort has a very stringent vaccination policy for all pets that use our services. We do this for one reason and one reason only and that is to keep your pet as safe and healthy as possible. All vaccines must be current and we do require proof from your veterinarian. A record of current vaccinations must be received before you come in for an evaluation or any of our services.

Vaccination Requirements are as Follows:

Puppies 5 Months and Under
DHLPP - a minimum of 2 rounds of the vaccine
Canine Cough Vaccine (must be administered every 6 months)
Canine Influenza Vaccine

Dogs Over 5 Months Old
DHLPP
Rabies Vaccine
Canine Cough Vaccine (must be administered every 6 months)
Canine Influenza Vaccine

Cats
FVRCP
Rabies Vaccine

Fleas, Ticks & Other Parasites
All dogs and cats must be free from fleas, ticks and other parasites. Any pet with signs of any of the aforementioned will be treated at the owner's expense.

If you have scheduled an evaluation, please bring proof of vaccinations with you.
