With a BA in Business Education and many years in Corporate Recruitment, Nancy finds great satisfaction in bringing her skills to an animal-focused organization. She is responsible for recruitment, maintaining HR systems, employee relations and internal communications. Nancy works closely with Jenna, the Resort Manager, to ensure that all departments are adequately staffed, scheduled and in sync! Nancy is also Certified by PetTech in CPR and First Aid. Never allowed to own a dog as a child, she and her husband have raised three Saint Bernards, a Chow Chow, Sheltie, Mini Poodle, a Cocker Spaniel and two great kids! The family motto is "so many dogs, so little time". |
